Effective Date
These Terms govern the registration and use of the KK Profiling feature of the SK OnePortal System.
Acceptance
By registering and submitting the KK Profiling Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Registration is intended only for:
- Residents of Santa Cruz, Laguna;
- Individuals who fall within the eligible youth age group under applicable Philippine laws and guidelines for KK Profiling.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, truthful, and updated information. Providing false information may result in rejection or removal of your profiling record.
Purpose of Registration
Your information will be used for:
- KK Profiling
- Youth database management
- Program planning
- Scholarship identification
- Event invitations
- Community development programs
- Statistical reporting
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Submit only your own information.
- Keep your account secure.
- Update information whenever necessary.
- Use the portal responsibly.
Prohibited Activities
You shall not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Submit false personal information.
- Use another person's identity.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Misuse the portal.
Account Termination
The Administrator may suspend accounts that:
- contain fraudulent information;
- violate these Terms;
- threaten system security.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the system signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
